Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, Monte Elias is charged with overseeing the daily needs of DenteMax’s client partners which includes tactical, technical and reactive support. He also supports DenteMax Account Executives and Managers with claim/data issues and various recruitment campaigns. He is known for his reliability, commitment and his unique ability for understanding the specific needs of each of his clients.

Prior to joining DenteMax, Monte worked within the Health and Wellness division of Quest Diagnostics, a healthcare laboratory services company, and Wellcare Health Plans, a government-sponsored managed care services company. While at Quest he was a multiple recipient of the Patient Service Center Challenge Award for increasing participation at Quest Diagnostics PSC locations nationwide. During his time at Wellcare he graduated from their intensive training program in healthcare management. Other past professional experience includes working at Erickson Living as a General Services Coordinator and at Lighting Supply Company as a Website Customer Service Representative.

The Michigan native holds a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University and Associate of Liberal Arts degree from Oakland Community College. In his free time, you can find Monte spending time with friends and family, listening to music or watching movies.
